Gorgeous shoes, found them a little big as I normally wear size 4 1/2 from Clarks but had to exchange these for size 4 and they fit perfectly...no need to break them in either, very comfortable on first wear. I went on to buy them in Tan as well and was equally satisfied. Also impressed by the quick delivery.

These shoes are soooo comfortable, I have worn them everyday since receiving them. They go with my suit trousers and skirts, so pleased. They arrived within two days of ordering so couldnt have asked for more. Love love love my new shoes :-)

The shoes are good and arrived on time but the sizing is way off. I take 7.5 to 8 UK, ordered size 8, far too small. Have just received size 8.5 which are just about big enough.
I have had these Vans for approx 2months. They have split down the side, the rubber trim on the side has come away from the main body of the shoe. I would NOT recommend these to anyone if you would like a shoe to last longer than a couple of months. Very unhappy with this product

I saw this while shopping for Christmas presents a hollister models ions are complicated and horrendous, assembly requires over 100 separate operations, so be prepared to lose a couple of hours of your life in performing this task. The language is English that has been badly translated from the German: ' 'For safety reasons, please definitely built in the wall fastenings'. (Rough Meaning: Drill a hole in the wall to attach brackets so you can fix product securely).Each drawer is held in place by a couple of small plastic stoppers (these prevent drawer from rolling forward or back). Unfortunately these can pop out of place quite easily, meaning you have to play find the little white bit....Perhaps use of appropriate glue might help here? This is really annoying.Please note that if you have shoes larger than size 8 you won't be able to get 3 pairs in the drawer. The product looks ok, as long as you don't put any shoes in it.
Very good quality, easy instructions and easy to install, looks beautif Hollister UK sale is the best way to buy xpected combined with a lot of the reviews saying they ordered a size larger, I bought these at a 9.5, they fit very well (a 9 may have been a little tight across the arch), maybe being slightly looser around the heel than ideal but this is often an issue for me with all shoes.I wore these on holiday a few days after purchase which involved a lot of walking and these proved very comfortable throughout the day. I hadn't realised when ordering that these had a more elasticated lace system with a fob rather than to tie but this has worked well and doesn't come loose when worn for long periods.I am very happy with these shoes and would definitely recommend them.
