For Google Chrome users, to access our FTP, you must follow the following instructions (only on first use):
In the address bar write: chrome://Flags
Search for the option "Enable Support for FTP URLs" (you can use f3) and select "Enabled"
once the enable option is selected, make the relaunch
For users of other browsers, access is direct.
