According to Law No. 93/2001 of 2012, companies with 50 or more employees are obliged to provide a reporting channel, with the aim of preventing and detecting irregularities. So, and

to report an infraction falling within article 2 of this Law and/or article 3 of Decree Law 109 – E/2021, of December 9, Prismapor, Lda, provides the following channels:

 

Complaints are addressed directly to the person responsible for regulatory compliance at Prismapor, Lda.

 

The Prismapor, Lda reporting channel treats all reports confidentially, and the denunciator has the possibility of maintaining their anonymity, if that is their wish.

 

The Reporting Channel must not be used to make false accusations against anyone, so the whistleblower must ensure that they have objective and concrete information to carry out a denunciation, tolerance in good faith and consciously.
